Due to the perishable nature of our no-bake cookie dough, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

In some cases, we may request additional details or photos to better understand the issue and help us resolve it quickly and fairly.
